1. Drink Tea : Catechin, a substance found in Tea is friendly to your heart and relaxes blood vessels. Either black tea or green tea, both are fine. It is also known to save us from strokes.
2. Walk everyday : Whatever your body mass may be,walking for half an hour daily certainly helps. Move your body and burn some calories. It is good to your heart and other organs.
3. Keep your legs strong : Strong legs ensure good balance of the body and can negotiate possible hip fractures in the future. For your legs to be stronger,you have to shed some weight.
4. Eat purple food : Eat fruits and vegetables which are rich in colour,coz they all have polyphenols which are, again heart's good friends.
5. Be cautious about becoming a diabetic : It means that you must lead a healthy lifestyle with regular exercises. There is a shocking stat,which says that diabetics are two to four times more likely to develop heart diseases.
6. Don't drop out from school and colleges : A study says as an individual gets more education,he is less likely to smoke. However,personally I am not sure about this.
7. Value your friendship : Coz,it keeps you in good shape -physically and mentally. It also relieves your stress which can shorten your life.
8. Try out new things : It stimulates your brain and helps it function smoothly.
