Director Mishkin has given two commercially successful films. His last film 'Anjadhe' has won critical acclaim as well. Yet,he is struggling to release his next film 'Nandalala', as there are no distributors ready to buy the film. The fact that Mishkin completed the film in Jan 2009 doesn't augur well for film makers who dare to tread a different path. People who have seen 'Nandalala' say that is a landmark film in Tamil cinema. I hope the film gets some attention by the new generation of producers from the chief minister's family.Meanwhile,Mishkin has gone ahead with his plans of making his fourth film.
