With a convincing win against the struggling Kings 11 Punjab, KKR is back on track. There was a lot of badmouthing about Saurav Ganguly and his team. He replied with a good batting display by scoring a useful half century. Something I have noticed in IPL is that, for a team to excel, the domestic players have to do something special. A case in point is Rajasthan, it is doing well without many international stars. It was proved last night again. Manoj Tiwari scored a splendid 75 interlaced with eight 4s and 2 sixes. His last over blast against a hapless Irfan Pathan made all the difference. KKR's owner Shah Rukh Khan has done everything he can do for his team. Players have been bought with huge amount and good support staff have been hired too. Despite all this, the team has struggled in all the IPL editions. This should sadden King Khan who has tasted phenomenal success in films. The last game should be a big relief for himself and Saurav Ganguly. Shane Bond and Ishant Sharma were bought with hefty sums. It is time they understood this and not let their owner down. I want my dada win the title!
