Goa

When it was released,Goa received some negative response from the audience and critics alike. The movie has big stakes considering it has been produced by Tamil superstar Rajinikanth's daughter Aishwarya and is Venkat Prabhu's third film. With two successful hits in a row and with rave reviews from various quarters,Venkat Prabhu has made yet another film with his favorite cast. I saw the film only last night. I don't remember the last time I laughed my heart out for a film. Prabhu has performed a hat trick. I wonder why so many people couldn't like the film. Prabhu has chartered an unknown territory in the history of Tamil cinema. He has the guts to portray two gay partners and not even in one sequence,the film touches vulgarity.I believe to enjoy a film like Goa,one needs a different sensibility. Yuvan Shankar Raja has proved once again that he is no mean to anyone in the business. His skill in original scores has few parallels.Overall Goa is a film worth watching.
